I am so interested in old-timey film cameras, I shot this picture with a camera my dad found at Waterfront Mission and was so happy when I got the negatives developed to find that the camera still worked! Since photography can be an expensive hobby, I found a hack online to create a mini dark room out of a shoe box. Then taking a photo of the negative, I used Adobe Photoshop to invert the colors and then played around with a few edits. I really like the vintage look of 35mm camera photos. Also, being able to have a hard copy of the photo is great as well in case of a dreaded computer crash (which has happened to me twice), plus a hard copy is more personal and can be hung on your wall, not just shared for likes. However, the Internet is an endless storage unit and I can now save my work to the cloud too. There will be more of my photos to come!
